We want to showcase the richness of Nordic cuisine and its strong ties to its wild origins. At the same time, we want to feature international food craft that has developed over time in other places with different conditions. We invite you to join in on an adventure where you will experience and participate in the creation of the finished dish.

By spotlighting the craft, we want to celebrate the journey as much as the finished dish. The festival is equal parts amusement park and university. It is a place to experience the pleasure, amazement and challenge of food creation alongside passionate, professional food crafters. Where flavours and personalities combine to trigger curiosity and passion, and to give you a deeper understanding of each ingredient and the resulting creations. We are calling the festival Foodstock — our celebration of culinary creation.

Nick Weston is the man behind the concept. He hunts, gathers and prepares food out in the wild and you get to take part in the work. Here you can follow the process from raw material to finished dish with the fantastic chefs behind Restaurant Agrikultur. From we welcome you here to just relax, listen to soft music and perhaps grab something good to drink from the bar or a snack to chew on. The lounge is open until 11pm both days.

Welcome to this lush oasis! In addition to the restaurant's regular activities, this weekend you are also offered brewery viewings starting at , and both Saturday and Sunday. Of course, as usual, you can have a beer tasting on site in the pub! Chocolate shop in the harbor with their own manufacturing of chocolates, cakes and more! Down in the harbor you will find the festival's "reception" and information tent.
This is where you purchase additional tasting and beverage tokens, festival tickets or get more information about the festival. At the information tent is also where the medical staff on site can be found throughout the festival. In the harbor is where you find the ferry that goes to and from Slussen and Nybroviken. As the entire area is covered by serving permits, smoking bans apply to the entire festival area according to the new law that came into force on 1 July We want to showcase something truly authentic, born out of inquisitiveness and passion.
